i sang for an hour in the showers in front of an imaginary live crowd..

and 30 minutes later, im still laughing at myself..

yeah i know..what the hell..

this is one of my random surge of energy which usually comes out of nowhere! u normally call it sugar rush but ive had nothing sweet prior to this syndrome.

funny thing is, a few minutes before it occurred, i was lying almost dead on my bed, reading a magazine which ive almost memorized the colors of each pages thinking of what would happen if i was antonio banderas..

weird really..and i could seriously sing in public on top of my car in this mood..

well i havent had the mood to blog in the past few weeks..time has been scarce and sleep times were all over the place (and i swear this has nothing to do with the traumatic experience of watching Nightmare on Elms street) .

tonight is the first night id be able to sleep without worrying about having to wake up early and boy does it feel goooddd~! off to supper now..had this beautiful song stuck in my head since 3 days ago..i might look for a brain surgeon if it goes on for a week...

For my iPhone!!or i-hong as how they pronounce it in japan..yeah lame, reza told me about it..

not in the mood to blog so straight to the point!

1) Internet On The Goo~!

this is obviously one of the main reasons i got the phone..being the geeky internet addict i am..i couldn't survive a day without the internet..yeah when streamyx potong my line dulu,i nearly died..

the giant screen of the iphone gave me a superb surfing experience compared to my kecik nak mampos nokia screen. you wouldnt believe how painful it was to view web pages on that phone..imagine watching Ironman 2 on your phone and u need to 'scroll' around the screen to get a full view of the movie...

surfing the net itself is already about 70% of my iphone usage..amazing really..really brings the term 'internet on the goo" finally in my life!

2) Twitter!!!!

im no twitter addict..but nothing beats tweeting with zero cost compared to the 'beringgit ringgit' i had to pay everytime i wanted to tweet dulu...

traffic jams,tolls and traffic lights are now a very interesting place to be..nampak lampu kuning berehenti..and at the toll plazas,i actually go for the lane with the longest queue..ok this is bad...

3) Millions of Apps!!

im sure everyone is aware of the massive collections of apps in the apps store..which actually lead to me questioning people buying their iphones without signing up to any data plan..thats a total waste of 'real estate'!! (read (1)).

without the data plan, that takes point (1) (2) and (3) away..so whats the freaking point??its like getting married to kate beckinsale without being able to touch or (insert vulgarities here) her..u only get to walk with her to mid valley and maybe have lunch at the food court if ure lucky..

anyway, just like what the maxis ad said, theres an app for almost everything..and when they say everything, they really mean EVERYTHING..heck theres even a FARTING GAME for fucks sake..i dont know how the hell does that work..and trust me..all these really KILLS time!

4) in built GPS!

i actually just found out about this feature a few days back..yeah lame,thanks to apple for being so effing kedekut sampai manual pon xnk bagi..

being a guy who remembers road by landmarks instead of names, i do get lost ALOT. i guess it took me sometime to realize that things like "kedai tepi petronas" or "junction after that green building with a funny shape" is just not written on signboards..so theres where the MAPS app comes in!!i went all the way to banting and am proud to say that i didnt lose my way! :)

been some time since i last blogged here.couldn't find the time since my blogging mood swings has been quite weird lately. i consider baring2 on my comfy bed as 'busy' time, or in other words, yeah im now officially 'jobless'.

anyway,i guess we've all heard about the recent case where a boy was shot dead by police after trying to run away. if you havent, its either ure overseas or ure just an ignorant bastard who deserves to have a bullet through his head. yeah aku emo mlm ni thanks to liverpool.

the car involved in the incident.

so the reason why i decided to blog about this is because of the thousands of comments flying around about how 'kejam' the police were,that police malaysia 'suka' bunuh orang,yada yada yada.. and i just got sick of listening to those. Some of these people dont even check on their facts before spurting out gooey stuffs from thier mouths.

the truth is,no one really knew what happened that night but the report went something like this.

En police was on duty patrolling in his powerful but with a faulty power window proton waja. he receives a call about a car which refused to stop after being ordered to do so a few times. and since the caller was only riding a police motorcycle,he called for backup to chase after the speeding car.

En police who was patrolling nearby, an area where break-ins were as frequent as liverpools losses this season, stepped on the pedal in pursuit of the so called white proton iswara. En police spots the iswara and gave chase turning on the sirens and the extremely cool flashing lights, the white iswara sped off going through a series of red lights.

En police took this seriously since this was a typical criminal-style getaway. En Police and his co-driver En Cop lined up their vehicle with the iswara and fired at the tyres to disable the vehicle after repeated calls to stop went unheeded. three tyres were shot and after giving each other a high five, the iswara veered of to the side of the road and into a tree. the left passenger door opened and a guy ran out of the car into the darkness.

En Police,En cop and En Mata approached the vehicle cautiously since the driver was still in the car. Being a police, En Cop has been trained to be ready for any possibilities as the guy in the car could be an armed criminal or a psychotic freak.

As En Cop reached the rear of the car, all of a sudden, the car reversed into him and instinctively he fired a shot and the car went dead. upon checking, the driver turns out to be a 15 year old kid! and so begins the public outrage..

so..this was the closest thing i could get to a report of what happened that night. i am not biased in any way since no one knows what really happened that night. i repeat.NO ONE KNOWS WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED that night. So why the hell bash the police for what they did? What would happen if the police was the guy who got killed by the reversing car? would anyone say that the kid was kejam? or the iswara was kejam? it was tragic that the innocent boy had to die under such circumstances, but no one can blame the cop for what he did. he was doing what any human being or even animals would do.having the instinct to defend himself. again, it was sad that the victim was a kid BUT would it be half as sad if the policeman lost his life that night?

its annoying to read about the various I HATE POLICE facebook pages blablabla. again i would like to stress that im not on anyones side in this case but i just think that the police has been unfairly judged based on this events. worse is when u come across arguements like:

1) The police shouldnt have opened fire. He shouldnt fire unless fired upon.

This i have to say, is one of the funniest arguements ive heard in so many years. So you actually have to wait for someone to fire at you before you can fire back?

"HOI PEROMPAK! saya polis! Tembak saya cepat! Saya nak tembak awak balik!!"

ok..this is even funnier..imagine yourself being behind of a white aeroback iswara reversing into you. you have 0.2 seconds to react and a tiny window to shoot through. Do u aim for the middle finger of his right hands?no..u shoot to defend yourself or ure dead!

3) if they cant aim it means they are not well trained. they shouldnt be polices!

ok..this is what hollywood does to kids these days. they think everyone has the ability to shoot a target behind a person by swerving their guns or just by doing a macho aiming face ala mark wahlberg.

4) alaa.imagine if the kid was one of your family members..

ok this has gone from a cerita kedai kopi tu a cerita budak taska dalam jamban. Ask yourself what if the policeman who got run over by a car driven by a kid without a license was your dad! still, this is a ridiculous question to start with..

5) But the boy was innocent and he was unarmed!!

oh yeah,i forgot..the police keeps track of everyones whereabouts using foursquare. and please note that theres no way the cops could know that the driver was a kid. plus, in this case, the car was the weapon since it could cause harm to the policeman.

this is not considered unarmed in case you were wondering.

obviously the kid did a big mistake in running away from the police and not stopping even after hes tyres were busted. He wasnt driving a james bond BMW or an aston martin. maybe this was all due to our frequent brainwashing sessions, scaring kids with police stories.

the most the kid could get from driving without license was detention or something lighter. But because he tried to runaway and literally being at the wrong place at the wrong time.he lost his life. its a pity but for god sake, until the full report is out,

The Story of Dreams and Miracles

For the past 2 days, ive been bugged by the same dream which seemed to repeat itself over and over again. Everytime i went to sleep, it would be somehow 'slotted' into an 'episode' of that dream. I thought it was just a random thing i never wanted to have but things just became more and more mind boggling..

Its been a long time since i last thought about it and to have me dreaming about things like that worried me. It was a sickening feeling to dream of something like that only to realize that it wasnt real. The worst part was it kept coming back everytime i slept, during my occasional afternoon naps or my night time sleeping. It was weird really..

The scariest part was that, on the third day,What happened in the dream actually happened in REAL LIFE!! I didnt think about it much when it happened as i didnt take those dreams seriously at first, but when i got back i realized something. The place everything took place,and even the topic we talked about was EXACTLY the same as the ones i had in my dreams the previous 2 days..

To be honest,ive never been the kind who really takes their dreams seriously and i was curious over what happened. However, as what ive always reminded myself:

"Miracles are never meant to last..."

And boy was i right.as soon as ive been given a taste of it,i couldnt even decide what i felt about it before it was taken away from me.And so were the dreams.

Still, i felt grateful for the one day i had and if this was gods way of giving me a ray of hope in life. I was pretty much shaken but It really changed something inside of me..I definitely missed everything but ive decided firmly that it is in the past now..And to complete the quote above..

soooo...

i was bored to death at work,before i thought i should continue pouring lies into my internship logbook..i didnt even pass my first page when i craved for coffee!!and since no one was looking,i had to sneak out..went all the way to starbucks alamanda,accompanied by a very kind soul (thanks! :) ) got my coffee and voila!!4 hours of non stop writing and i have a 4 month log of what ive done in sony!!cool huh?

the interesting part was, while i was in the middle of cracking my head for ideas (and also looking at that hot chick on the next table) i saw a familiar face...shouting out loud about wanting to buy a starbucks cup!sape yg actually kecoh pasal nak beli starbucks cup weh???

i was at one of my karaoke sessions with aizat n zam when we chose the song 'i dont wanna miss a thing' by aerosmith..besides the fact that i sounded like madonna on the highest notes, i actually felt touched by the video clip and the whole movie itself..

honestly i remembered armageddon as a very touching movie..the end of the earth in sight,boy meets girl,dad says no,dad and boy goes to space to save the world,dad dies as a hero,boy lives,earth survives,girl cries although boy leaves,iwan has tears in his eyes!

some memorable scenes..

i mean who wouldnt??i dont remember much about the movie,1998 was waay too long ago..i was still a dumb 10 year old boy who thought girls were annoying and were not needed for babies (or anything else :p )..but from what i could recall,the buildup to their love story was great..singing leaving on a jetplane with dad smirking in the background..

Abang Bruce yg cool..

the little 'cookie trick' which i thought was kinda cool..and the whole 'atmosphere' of earth facing its end with people united and all..it was kinda cool..the sombre effect of the whole scene was marvelous..dah la muka cool bruce willis cool gile..always wanted to be cool like bruce willis when i was his age..but guess ive surpassed him and im only 23!!wahaha!

this is how u eat a cookie..screw u ben affleck!!!

even during the karaoke..wierd enough,what touched me most was the USAF thunderbirds performing the 5 plane flyby above the rockets before take off..i mean how it might feel like for the pilot to perform what might be their last show..sebak weh..and the 'missing man' formation at the end to honour 'dads' death..these formations are reserved for very special occasions but still,that 5 plane formation thing touched me the most...the effect was perfect!

seriously theres nothing special about the way teppanyaki is cooked but still people berduyun duyun pergi makan and those 'duyun-s' includes ME!! :D

why?ak malas nak fikir but the best teppanyaki has to be the original teppanyaki..the two outlet im aware of is at Sg wang (besides FOS) and in jusco equine park. taste as good with the only difference being the amount of sound made while cooking the dishes..

so marilah makan teppanyaki beramai2 dan elak lah teppanyaki lain2 yg x ori tu..

free nandos day!!was excited to go but turns out semangat alone wont get you to sunway pyramid on a saturday morning..

loved the concept of todays 'activity'..basically these very nice people hid free nandos vouchers in the pockets of shorts in converse.Best thing was, even the converse staffs were not aware of what was happening.Credits really to the guys who manged to hide the coupons.so how did it turn out?

the 'not so' hidden coupons!

Once we entered Converse, dgn penuh etikanya,I acted like I was looking at the shorts while ‘discreetly’ digging my hands into the pockets hoping to find the coupons. Realized that what I did was stupid after watching both azwan and liyana seluk je tros pocket seluar tu..and this requires a lot of skill since they searched every pocket without lifting the shorts off the rack!siot punye liyana found two in no time!!

Thought it was my bad day and decided to stare at the mannequins with disappointed look thinking,

“I wanna check the pockets but how the hell am I supposed to that without looking like a pervert molesting the mannequins”

Once again,I covered konon2 nak check material seluar and voila!!i found the note!!

was just about to announce my success in completing my 'mission' when once again, liyana burst my bubble by dgn penuh selambernye raba2 the mannequins and found her 4th note!!!

funniest thing was, a girl came in less than 2 minutes later looking at the same shorts..i was laughing my ass off looking at the way she looked around before ‘korek-ing’ the pockets and finding the notes..dah jumpe tu bole plak cover2 tgk kiri kanan and buat2 tgk bende lain..but then again,only a ‘liyana’ could have that extreme selamber-ness…

Passed the coupon to the secret agent waiting nearby and siap ade cameraman lagy..i really hope my ‘mannequin molesting’ episode wasn’t captured,that would make me look so sick..

wonderful lunch at nandos later (coz it was free).

karaoke that night with zam and aizat..could have sworn i sounded like evanescence when i sang bring me to life but the only answer i got from them were two very long middle fingers in my face..cool friends huh?

i get this 6 times a day and return the favour 10 times

Went to watch imans dad perform at Castell with liyana and aida. Place was beautiful!!Expected to see aunty rina there but she was down with a cold and i was surprisingly disappointed..Thankfully, that mum/owner of the place was hot!!she makes great cakes plak tu! (And I ‘coincidently’ found cakes lovely! :p)

Uncle ashiks performance was superb. How I wish I could sing and play the guitar like him instead of pissing aizat and zam off with my constant ‘shrieking’ in the karaoke box..then i could finally sing 'goodby my lover' to kate beckinsale..

Was joined by azwan and his brother before extending our waistlines at murni..just remembered going there long long ago when my brother was in kbu..hardly had any memory left of the place,but the food was good..sembang2 till late and left at the point where i was so pissed by the ridiculous teka tekis that everyone seemed to understand except me!

well,i was at a McD outlet (not mentioned for 'security' reasons) just now getting ready to order my favorite spicy chicken Mcdeluxe with a wide smile on my face..tiba2 muncul lah seorang lelaki yg sgt besar,sgt tinggi,sgt gagah..tapi.....

wtf weh!!and when i heard 'his' voice for the first time,the entire content of my stomach started its spirited journey up my throat..managed to telan it back just in time..

so instinctively i showed 'him' to najib..he opened his eyes wide,obviously amazed by the extreme mixture of male macho-ness and female 'elegant' look..and that was when,

well,sent iman off to chile for her student exchange program there with munee,liyana and husna..was more than happy to leave sony after being juiced out every ounce of enrgy i had..got lost in cyber THREE times trying to find my way to oldtown and later to MMU..so much of bragging about having a GPS in my head..tp mmg jalan kat cyber confusing pon..dahlaa signboard x cukup..

met iman and had a late dinner at Burger King..didnt have much time but we borak as much as we could..imans dad was there with the awesome aunty zarina..imans dad as usual,tried to jokingly convince her to stay..it wasnt a long enough meeting but better than none kan..

HOW IT ALL STARTED

well,hard to say how my interest in planes started..always wanted to be a pilot but due to my 'gifted' eyesight,i had to forget that dream and admire planes from the ground je..

so when did it turn into an 'obsession'?i guess it was after the government announced its decision to purchase brand new Su-30MkMs back in 200x (cant remember when exactly but it was a few years back)..and the picture of it in the stars report had me drooling..

from that day,i never stopped googling,joining online forums discussing and reading almost everything i could get my hands on and the more i read,the more i got hooked..and at that age,its amazing how porn started taking a backseat.. :p i started buying books and magazines related to aviation and funniest thing was i actually couldnt get enough!assignments were based on planes and i could write reports thicker than a harry potter book..no kidding~!

this went on for years and i made sure i went to every airshow possible in the country..i was sunburnt to the point where my 'putih melepak' skin turned dark (yeah seriously thats how it all happened) but i didnt mind..i remember back in 2005 at LIMA..i was standing under the hot sun for hours smiling and admiring those elegant beast taking it to the skies only to realize that night that i could no longer smile without having my skin feel like it would be ripped off..

same thing happened during the 2007 session and again i got darker!haha!it was worth it since the much awaited spanking new Su-30MkM made its debut after arriving from russia just a few months back..and boy was she one heck of a plane..every show i attended just made me fall in love more and more with planes and the sounds they make..this might make me sound like a geek but i started being able to distinguish planes just from the sounds of thier engines!!i realized i could no longer contain my excitement everytime i get close to the planes and the fact that i could see them only once every two years didnt help.. (signs of insanity)

AKU NAK JADI PILOT MACAM DIORANG!!

since closing my eyes and 'fantasizing' that i was up there flying didnt feel good enough..i started playing simulators starting with 'Lock On:Modern Air Combat' which was the closest thing i could get to the real thing and i spent hours flying shooting down 'imaginary' bandits feeling like a true malaysian hero..gile xle blah ayat..

as real as it gets!

sanggup buy the simulator online and some kind soul offered to ship it to me for free..it gave me hours of entertainment and an empty pocket since i bought a joystick and a 22" screen to 'feed' my addiciton...this was one of the few things that actually lighten me up during the darkest moments of life..when i felt bad,i flew..when i was stressed,i flew..when i felt like i had nobody to talk to,i flew..it just kinda reminded me of the hopes and dreams i had as a little boy..

MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT

had to be the recent Thunderbirds show at subang..woke up at 6am,arrive at 8am..stood at the front of the line and never moved..the show started only at 11am and the sun was killing me!but hell was it worth it..easily the best performance ive ever seen in my life and i was actually so excited my eyes teared!!!!gila saiko..i might need therapy after this but for days i couldnt stop watching the video and pictures i took..

was the last person to leave and that gave me some very rare opportunities to get up close with the planes..now that i thought about it,i was on the verge of 'hugging' the plane which could have got me a free bullet in the head..yeah,akulah org yg paling saiko kat dunia when it comes to planes..

what better way to end the much hated working days with some time with friends..lepak-ed with husna and kd at pavillion straight after work and boy did it feel good to lepak without having to worry about waking up early the next day..

makan at TGI with afif joining for awhile..lama siot x nampak mamat neh..it still amazes me how different people are as the years past..i used to be the boy who baring on the school canteens floor before turning into the guy who would kill that idiot if he ever laid hands on him..

life has been a journey full of ups and downs and i used to doubt it when people told me this things ..that we learn alot as life goes..i used to think ive seen everything and been through everything but i guess 'someone' wanted to show me that i still had alot to learn..

anyway,lepak at domes after that before deciding that our peruts couldnt take a single peanut lagy dh without throwing up on each other..mamat domes tu baik pulak dim lampu to halau us..siot tol,i thought my eyes were rosak..

yeah!received my tv today after a painful 2 hour queue to get it..got to know so many people from queuing je..HR yg bodoh tu bukak satu counter je for 1000 people to collect stuffs..sengal btol..

2 hours later baru sampai..

i couldnt stop imagining the things i could have done in that 2 hours..tgk wayang,lepak minum2 starbucks ke mamak ke,surfing the net! (considering how little time i have nowadays),karaoke sampai xde suara..blablabla..

queue macam haram...

went to lepak afterwards and reached home around 12.15am..

parents were away so i had to angkat the giant box on my own which nearly broke my back into two and terkencing2 dlm seluar..naik2 dah penat and ngantuk nk mampos..nothing beats a warm shower and i came out feeling EVEN SLEEPIER!!

so despite the buildup to this day,i decided to tido for the sake of waking up on time esok..nak pasang tv tu pon mesti lama,xkan nk tgk 3 minit je kan..nak alih CRT 29" yg gedabak tu lagy..mau x patah tengkuk..so ill wait for tomorrow..MIGHT be sleeping with the box tonight..hahaha~!

boring boring sunday..been some time since i last spent my sunday lepak-ing at home..well,it was good to have some alone time since my parents went to langkawi for the weekend..spent the whole day at sunway pyramid the day before and was quite disappointed coming back empty handed..nak shop la konon..

came up with a list things to do when ure alone at home while i was staring at the ceiling watching the fan turn..

gosh ive never been this bored since my first day at kulim dulu..i actually started talking into mirrors which kinda scared me after awhile..anyway,got myself a 40" LCD tv from sony at a discounted price and will be receiving it on the 8th of february..so working at sony has finally given me some benefits..retail price was RM3299 and i got it for RM2400..a freaking bargain if u ask me..terpaksalah i cancel my intentions to break one of those things at Sony..

cant wait to watch Man Utd in FULL HD!!!!

the joy of watching the stupid ball hit the back of the net and the continuous ear splitting cheers that follows suit is just priceless!!heck nothing beats the spurs game last week when we came back form a goal down to win 3-1..that was a classic example of how footie changes me into a fanatic-ugly-face-contorting-maniac who ignores the rules of civilized people..bogel pon bogel la,janji boleh jerit..

todays match was not as good but still a goal late in the game like that just makes the earlier frustration go away..i might have said "bodoh" about 127 times but in the end its still the team that ive learnt to love since i was a child.i will never stop watching footie and u can cut my fingers off one by one if i ever switch to another team..

Bukak puasa LaLa Chong

well,we have been searching for a decent chinese seafood restaurant to dine at for years now..penang came up with the idea back in semester 3 or 4 and now in semester 7 we finally went!decided to go to LaLa Chong seafood restaurant near Damansara Utara..famous place,used to be infront of terminal 3 subang but heard that they moved to give way to development..

anyway,we went there not really sure where the place was.i kinda stared at google earth for an hour or so to make sure it sticks in my head the landmarks and all. wrote on a piece of paper about where to make turns etc. but boy was it different seeing a road from waay up there and being on the road itself!

we were lucky enough that when we were close,there were signboards showing us the way there.Great move by the restaurant because i swore i was determined to just bukak puasa at a mamak after we lost our way.

oh btw,why no GPS??penang did bring his phone-gps thing but all we heard was

ok enough merepek-ing for today..so upon reaching,we were greeted by the sights of large aquarium containing various kinds of seafood..including the very scary looking mantis prawn which ive sworn never to eat in my life..got straight to choosing our dish since we were pretty hungry by then..tidbits were gone in a minute since our perut were already singing to the tune of pitbulls "i know u want me"..

dishes arrived pretty quick in about less then 20 minutes..and weird thing is it kept arriving..and arriving..and arriving..and it didnt take long for us to realize that we ordered waaayyyy too much for 4 person to eat..haha..but who cares??it was our org kaya's night out!

food was great..butter prawn was legendary..first time i tasted pucuk paku and lala..and the crab was delicious as well!those things looked cute in the glass aquarium but sorry crab..that succulent meat of urs plus the tasty marmite sauce..i would have eaten ur whole family..

in the end whoever said we ordered too much should really give themselve a good punch in the face since hazeman and i were chomping away at the 'remains' while rusydan and penang were already TKO-ed..perut kenyang nak mati and i guess its just natural that we felt really really sleepy after that..sampai bangi terus tido..so there goes our plan to continue with our FYP that night..
